Zoe, your AI influencer marketing agent

Zoe is an AI influencer marketing agent who favors authentic micro-creators over big names, and personal outreach over mass messages. She builds a shortlist of real profiles that match your ideal customer, writes the first message, the brief and the follow-ups, and keeps track of who replied. You decide who to contact, what to offer, and you send.

Outreach messageExample

First outreach email, saved as a Gmail draft

Subject: A candle for your Sunday reset videos? Hi Leah, I’m Camille, founder of Maison Sable. We pour our candles by hand in Santa Cruz. Your Reel of the living room with the rain on the window is exactly the mood our customers describe to us. We’d love to send you our Dune candle, with no strings attached and no post required. If you like it and decide to share it, please just mention it was gifted. If it goes well, I’d be glad to talk about a paid collaboration. Which address should I use? I found your email in your Instagram bio. If you’d rather not receive this kind of message, just reply “no thanks” and I won’t write again. Camille Maison Sable

The playbooks

  1. 1

    Micro-creator shortlist

10k–80k followers, engagement above 3%, audience matching the ideal customer, and recent content that fits the product. Small, engaged audiences usually beat one large account.

  2. 2

    Gifting first

Seed the product before negotiating paid deals. The creators who post without being asked are the ones to pay next.

  3. 3

    Personal, compliant outreach

One specific reason per creator, one clear offer, an easy way to decline, business contacts only, and no repeat message after a no.

  4. 4

    Brief and disclosure

A one-page brief with deliverables, key messages, things to avoid, the disclosure label and usage rights, so there is no surprise on either side.

How approval works

  • Zoe doesn’t send messages on her own. Outreach is saved as a Gmail draft that you send yourself; sending from Toby is possible, but only after you approve it.

  • Who to contact, what to gift and what to pay are your decisions. She proposes the offer and the budget; you agree terms with the creator.

  • Every brief asks for clear disclosure of gifts and paid partnerships. No fake reviews, no undisclosed posts.

Security and trust

Tools Zoe works with

Gmail is ready: Zoe saves outreach drafts in your mailbox and reads creators’ replies. Instagram and TikTok connections are coming soon (they need Meta’s and TikTok’s app review); until then she finds creators through web search and you check each profile.

Frequently asked questions

Where does Zoe find influencers?

Through web search: creator profiles, articles and lists that mention creators in your niche. She only shortlists profiles that appeared in results and gives you the link. She doesn’t have access to Instagram or TikTok data yet, so you verify followers and engagement on the profile before contacting anyone.

Why micro-creators rather than big influencers?

For most small brands, creators with 10,000 to 80,000 engaged followers are more affordable, more likely to reply, and closer to their audience. Several of them also give you more content to test in ads than a single large post.

Is emailing influencers allowed under CAN-SPAM?

It can be, if it’s done properly. Zoe uses contact details creators publish for collaborations, keeps messages personal and relevant to their work, says who you are and how you found them, and offers an easy way to opt out. She doesn’t buy lists or mass-mail. CAN-SPAM also expects an honest subject line and your business address in commercial email. This is good practice, not legal advice: check your own obligations.

Gifting or paid collaborations: where to start?

Usually with gifting, with no post required. It tells you who genuinely likes the product. Then offer paid collaborations to the creators whose content performed, with a clear brief and usage rights if you want to run their video as an ad.

Does Zoe negotiate fees or handle contracts and payments?

No. She can suggest a fair range and draft your reply, but the agreement, the contract and the payment stay with you.

Can I reuse creator content in my ads?

Only with the creator’s permission. Zoe includes usage rights in the brief (where, how long, at what price) so Mia can turn the best videos into ads without a surprise later.
