AI marketing for local businesses that would rather serve customers

A florist, a physical therapist, a bakery, a salon: the marketing that matters happens within a few miles. Being on Google’s map when someone searches “near me”, having more recent reviews than the store down the street, posting something on Instagram this week, getting ready for Christmas before December. Toby reads your website, checks how you appear in Google and in AI assistants, and prepares the work for you: the Google Business Profile checklist and description, the review request, the posts, the seasonal plan. You post and approve; nothing goes out without you.

SEO & GEO

Example

Complete your Google Business Profile and fix the homepage basics

Why: Growth audit: the homepage title is “Home”, opening hours appear nowhere on the site and there is no local structured data. In the AI-visibility test, “best florist in Denver for same-day delivery” brought up four other florists, not Bloom & Stem.

Example estimate: +15 to +30 calls or direction requests a month from Google

First deliverable, ready to paste

Primary category: Florist · Secondary: Flower delivery service, Wedding service
Services to add: same-day delivery, wedding flowers, funeral tributes, weekly office flowers
Business description: Independent florist in the Highland neighborhood since 2016. Seasonal bouquets made to order, same-day delivery across Denver when you order before 1 pm, and wedding flowers designed with you.
Homepage title: Florist in Denver, Same-Day Flower Delivery | Bloom & Stem
First profile post: This week’s bouquet + order cut-off time

Social media

Example

Ask for a review with every delivery

Why: The audit found no reviews or rating on the homepage. Web search shows 23 Google reviews for Bloom & Stem, while the two florists named first in the AI test show more than 140 each.

Example estimate: 8 to 15 new reviews a month

First deliverable, ready to paste

Card in every bouquet: We hope these made someone smile. If they did, a short Google review helps a small shop like ours more than you’d think. [QR code to your review link]
SMS the day after delivery: Hi {name}, your flowers were delivered yesterday. Did they arrive as you hoped? Tell us here, it takes 30 seconds: {link}
On the website: your three most recent reviews under the order button

CMO

Example

Open holiday pre-orders for yule logs and pies

Why: Search Console, last December: “christmas pies portland” had 1,100 impressions with Kettle & Crumb at position 15, and there is no Christmas page on the site. Christmas is seven weeks away.

Example estimate: 60 to 100 pre-orders, and shorter lines in the last week

First deliverable, ready to paste

Page title: Christmas Pies and Yule Logs in Portland, Pre-Order Now | Kettle & Crumb
Offer: order by 18 December, collect 22–24 December, choose your time slot
Calendar: page live and Instagram post on 10 November, reminder post on 1 December, last call on 15 December
Instagram caption: Our yule logs are back. Chocolate and hazelnut, made here every morning. Pre-order now and skip the Christmas Eve line. Link in bio.
In-shop sign: Pre-order your Christmas pie at the counter or on our website

Frequently asked questions

Does Toby manage my Google Business Profile?

Not directly: Google Business Profile isn’t one of Toby’s connections. Leo prepares everything to paste into it (categories, services, description, posts) and the review request. If you paste your latest reviews in the chat, the team can suggest replies too.

I don’t use Google Analytics or Search Console. Can I still use Toby?

Yes. Toby starts from your website and the growth audit. Iris will likely suggest setting up Search Console (it’s free) so later recommendations rely on real searches. Without connected data, Toby doesn’t invent figures.

Will it post on Instagram and Facebook for me?

Not yet. Jade prepares the posts and captions; you publish them and click “Mark as published”. Direct publishing will come after Meta’s app review.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes, as long as you ask everyone and offer nothing in exchange for a positive review. Toby never writes reviews and never suggests fake ones.

My website is on Wix or WordPress. Does that matter?

With WordPress connected, Leo creates drafts and publishes the pages you approve. Wix can be connected through the universal API connector. On any other site builder, you copy and paste the prepared text.

How much does Toby cost for a local business?

$99 a month for your business, with everything included: all 12 AI agents, for example Leo for local search, Jade for social, Sam for Google Ads, Iris for your numbers and Nina for short videos. The daily brief and the weekly report are included, with a 7-day free trial.
