AI marketing for creators and info products

When you sell a course, a paid newsletter or a coaching program, you are the product, the marketer and the customer support. Content gets made; the system around it (the lead magnet, the welcome sequence, the launch calendar, the testimonials, the affiliate offer) waits for a free week that never comes. Toby reads your site and sales page, connects to Stripe if you sell through it, and prepares that system piece by piece, in your voice. You approve each piece, and nothing is sent or published without you.

SEO & GEO

Example

Offer a “Sinking fund planner” on your most read article

Why: Audit: no email capture on the homepage or the blog. GA4: “How to build a sinking fund” brings 41% of all blog visits, and its readers stay three times longer than average, but they leave without a way to hear from you again.

Example estimate: 150 to 300 new subscribers a month at the current traffic

First deliverable, ready to paste

Lead magnet: Sinking fund planner (Google Sheets), 12 categories pre-filled
Opt-in box, in the article after the second section: Get the planner I use for my own sinking funds. Free, plus one short email a week.
Button: Send me the planner
Email 1 (immediately) · Subject: Your sinking fund planner is here
Email 2 (day 2): the three funds most people forget
Email 3 (day 4): how a reader saved $2,400 for car repairs (with her permission)
Email 4 (day 7): Budget in a Weekend, the full method

CMO

Example

Plan the January cohort of “Budget in a Weekend” now

Why: Stripe: last year, 58% of course sales came in the ten days after your 3 January email. January is eight weeks away and there is no waitlist page yet, so this year’s demand would again depend on a single send.

Example estimate: a waitlist of 400 to 700 people and 40 to 70 sales over the launch

First deliverable, ready to paste

1 December: waitlist page live (Waitlist gets 48-hour early access and a bonus Q&A)
1–31 December: one newsletter mention per week + 2 X threads from your best issues
2 January: early access for the waitlist
5 January: doors open to everyone
12 January, 8 pm: doors close
Email subjects: Your money reset starts Saturday · 48 hours early, as promised · What last January’s students did first · Doors close tonight

Affiliates

Example

Invite past students into an affiliate program

Why: Stripe: 412 people bought the course, and the sales page has no referral or affiliate link. Three of the testimonials you shared say “I sent it to my sister” or “my partner took it too”, so recommendations already happen without a reward.

Example estimate: 25 to 40 affiliates joining, 8 to 15 extra sales a month once running

First deliverable, ready to paste

Offer: 30% of each sale, 60-day cookie, paid monthly through Rewardful
Invitation · Subject: You already recommend the course. Here is a thank-you
Body: Hi {first_name}, a lot of you tell friends about Budget in a Weekend. From today, you get 30% of every sale that comes from your link. No minimum, no follower count needed. [Get my link]
Affiliate kit: 3 ready-to-share posts, 2 email blurbs, the course visuals
Rule: affiliates disclose the link when they share it, as FTC rules require

Frequently asked questions

I sell on a course platform. What can Toby see?

With Stripe connected (read-only key), Toby sees revenue, customers and subscriptions. Course and newsletter platforms have no ready-made card, but many can be connected through “Add any tool” if they offer an API or an MCP server. Without data, Toby works from your site and never invents figures.

Does Toby write my newsletter?

The team can draft issues, sequences and launch emails in your voice, from the brand-voice document in your Brand Brain. You edit them and send them from your newsletter tool. Most creators keep the main issue personal and let Toby handle the system around it.

Are the testimonials real?

Always. Jade writes the request and the questions; your students answer. Toby never writes or invents testimonials, and asks you to get each student’s permission before publishing their words.

Can my students become affiliates?

Yes. Noah designs the offer and the kit. With Rewardful connected, he follows referrals and commissions and invites new affiliates once you approve. Affiliates are asked to disclose their link.

Can Toby post on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram?

Not directly today. Nina and Jade prepare scripts, captions and drafts; you post them. Direct connection will come after each platform’s app review. On X, with your own developer keys, Kai can publish the posts you approve.

How much does Toby cost for a solo creator?

$99 a month, with all 12 AI agents; creators lean most on Leo, Kai, Lina, Noah and Nina. The daily brief and the Monday report are included, with a 7-day free trial.
