Write meta descriptions for the 9 blog items that have none

Why: Webflow: 9 of your 12 blog items have an empty “meta-description” field, so Google picks a random sentence. Three of them rank on page one for scheduling queries.

Example estimate: +10 to 25% clicks on those pages at the same positions

First deliverable, ready to paste

how-to-reduce-no-shows: Staff no-shows cost restaurants hours each week. Five rules that cut them, and the reminder message that works.
tips-pooling-explained: How tip pooling works, what is legal, and a simple split sheet you can copy today.

To paste in Webflow: Toby creates new items but does not edit existing ones.

Good to know

  • New items only. Toby can add CMS items as drafts, but it does not edit or delete existing items, and it does not touch static pages or the Designer. Changes to existing content come as text to paste.

  • No publishing from Toby. Draft items are published by you in Webflow. Approved blog content cannot be scheduled to go live on Webflow from Toby's calendar.

  • Images are added in Webflow. Leo suggests what to show and the alt text; you upload the image to the item.

  • Your plan's CMS limits apply. Items created by Toby count toward the CMS item limit of your Webflow site plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can Toby publish my Webflow site?

No. The connector can read your collections and create new items as drafts, after your approval. Publishing stays a click in Webflow, so you always see the item in your template before it goes live.

How does Toby know my collection's fields?

Leo reads the collection's field definitions before writing, and fills the item with your own field slugs (for example name, slug, post-summary, post-body). Other fields of the collection, such as an author or a category, are filled from the same definition when he has what they need.

Can Leo update an existing blog post in Webflow?

Not directly today. He prepares the new title, meta description or sections as text, and you paste them into the item. Creating new items is the only write action of this connector.

What about Framer or Wix?

They are not ready-made connectors. You can connect them through “Add any tool”: give Toby the API documentation and a key, Toby proposes the actions, and you keep the ones you want, with every write waiting for approval.

Will the articles sound like us?

Every item follows your Brand Brain (brand voice, ideal customer, content strategy), which you can edit at any time. You also review each draft before approving it and again in Webflow before publishing.
